Every year a Review of the previous years achievements takes place. In connection with that the Individual Appraisal also moves forward to the Objectives for the coming year, with team-, individual and cross-functional KPI:s, Key Performance Indicators. The results are connected with salary review and bonus systems.

The areas for competence developments are many: professional, personal development, negotiation, language skills, management, IT-systems for example.
